Tei Shi
Tei Shi
Meet Tei Shi, an Argentina-born songstress who spent her early years moving frequently across Bogota, Vancouver and later Boston. Tei Shi is the moniker of Valerie Teicher, an artist who now calls New York City home and whose star has been rising steadily since she released her debut track "M&Ms" in the summer of 2013. The song spread like wildfire in the blog world, including Gorilla vs Bear who described the track as a "soulful, time-stretching future pop gem." Her debut EP Saudade, was the result of a collaboration with producer Luca Buccellati and was met with much critical acclaim. Since then, Tei Shi hasn't stopped, playing music festivals across North America as well as her own sold out dates. Teicher has also collaborated with the UK's rock band Glass Animals on the track "Holiest" which debuted at #1 on Hype Machine. With the coming of Spring 2015, Tei Shi will be releasing her new EP Verde. The latest release will be yet another musical step forward for the artist and includes her infectious and irresistible single "Bassically," a "rippling nu-disco-esque jam" (V Magazine) that has leapt well over 1 million streams on Spotify after a few months. On April 14th, Verde will be released on Mermaid Ave/Mom+Pop in the US/Mexico, Double Denim in the UK/EU/Japan, and Caroline in Australia/New Zealand.
Salt Cathedral
Salt Cathedral
Salt Cathedral is a New York-based musical duo consisting of Juliana Ronderos and Nicolas Losada (a.k.a Juli and Nico). Originally from Colombia, with a jazz background, and heavily influenced by global sounds and rhythms, the duo manage to create catchy yet eclectic pop music with a unique vocal approach to melody.

Salt Cathedral is set to release their debut record, Big Waves / Small Waves in 2017, inspired by their Colombian upbringing and Brooklyn’s Jamaican dancehall scene. The album features collaborations with dancehall legend Assassin (best known for his recent appearance on Kendrick Lamar’s To Pimp A Butterfly), the renowned pioneer of Jamaica’s dub and reggae genres, Lee Scratch Perry and Matisyahu. In contrast to their Oom Velt EP, which dealt with individuality of experience, this album speaks of our common human experiences through vibrant music.

Salt Cathedral have released various EP's and singles that have garnered over nine million streams on Spotify. On stage, the band combines live instrumentals, electronics, and choreographed lighting to create an immersive environment of “crackling energy” (Pitchfork).
