Classically trained Belgian singer-songwriter Tamino has been touring the world this year, and he came to Brooklyn to close out the North American leg with a pair of shows at Music Hall of Williamsburg this week, culminating in the tour-closer last night, a masterclass in performance before a rapt crowd.
